Dear customers, we are pleased to announce the renaming of the JSSB 24 application to Otbasy bank starting May 24, 2021. We welcome your feedback and suggestions. Here are some new and improved features:

• Register and log in to the app using a login/password, biometric sensor, or a 4-digit passcode
• Access detailed information about your products: deposits, loans, children's accounts, current account, special military account
• View balance and transaction history for any desired period, as well as overall assets and liabilities
• Deposit funds and make loan payments using cards from any bank, set up auto-payments (standing payment orders)
• Open current accounts, special EPV accounts, and new deposits
• Make partial early loan repayments
• Book appointments at branches and find the nearest service points
• Receive personalized notifications and read news updates
• Download official statements of account status and outstanding balances
• Choose a graphical theme and personalize your profile
